At Liberal Jewellery, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Our goal is to ensure your accessory collection is nothing short of perfect.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the jewellery in its original branded box and protective packaging to ensure it remains scratch-free during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from our portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our studio, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
